Everything is looking awesome. I have a paph that needs to grow more roots, do you know if the soil has to touch the new growth for root formation?

Like the other slippers paphs are terrestial orchids. I've never had a slipper orchid, paph or phrag devolpe roots above the media. They also like to be repotted at least yearly, this may jump start some root growth. What kind of media are you using?

Good job on the argentii. The orchids look amazing. Be prepared to have Calopogon everywhere there is consistently moist peat.
