Tennessee Aquarium Nepenthes

These photos were taken earlier this summer but they somehow got lost on my computer. I found them again so here they are.

It had been several years since I had visited the TN aquarium, so I was in the area one day and decided to visit. There was a new building that was in the process of being built the last time I was there, well it was finished. After entering the building and heading up the stairs, I was greeted by a nice little N. bicalcarata. I've never seen this many neps in person before so I was very excited. It's a shame that there were so many pitchers that a visitor had taken a knife or keys to and basically cut open.

Do you get a url when you click on 'share' and then 'share this via' and then click on something like 'blogger' ? that might be your best bet because you can't just view-image -> nab the url to the pic straight-up any more and I'm sure they'd hate me if I explained the other way...

I do have some photos of the fish, but most are terrible. I seemed to have picked the one day that every school in that area decided to go. So that made it hard to even see anything.

I have no idea, they had tags in most of the pots but some were broken and some were switched. Like the ventricosa was labeled as a rafflesiana and so on.

Was that a N. x mixta in the first few photos, both lower and upper pitchers?
