    We burned Joseph Pines yesterday!!! It was intense! The right side of my body is a little singed from standing in a really hot spot for too long to get a video. There will be plenty of photos and a pretty nice video on the way soon. Just as a warning, I started the day with a 16GB memory card with 1,600 photos available and ended with just about 700 spare shots. Yeah, lots of footage.

    Are most of the species in their collection for sale to the general public? I see Nepenthes listed for sale on the website, but nothing specific.

    Nepenthes can be purchased through inquiry. A lot of the Neps only have one growing point, so cuttings are risky. However, I'm going to try to make cuttings of some of the larger Neps. N. x mixta should be on the list soon, as it's huge! Other Neps that may be joining the cuttings list are;
    -alata relative
    -alata "hairy red"
    -x mixta
    -Miranda
    -reinwardtiana (questionable, as I'm kinda short and can't reach it)
    -maxima "Tentena"
    -Red Dragon
    I'll talk to Dr. Sheridan about this tomorrow and see what we can do.

    Sarracenia on the other hand, completely different story.

    Thanks! There are plenty more flowers. S. "Snowflake" looks amazing right now. I'm taking a lot of photos for the Sarracenia database we're working on. It's exhausting...... However, Mike's concept site is looking amazing!

    Now to Ernie Wilson's property.

    Whoa! This collection of plant pulchritude deserves an essay of praise and I only have a short paragraph. Very nice stuff, Wireman. 'Love seeing the Cyps and those Chuck Halls are really something special.

    Amazing plants .
    Is there any way for the general public to get ahold of some of that cushion sphagnum?
