Thanks myles! The clipeata x eymae would be bigger but a bad case of mealybugs had to go and stunt its growth... And the heli was sulking a bit so I moved it closer to the light, definitely looking better now :D

Thanks Tog! Yep, I love that tentaculata, hope I can keep it looking that good!

Got some Drosophyllum seeds harvested today! :D Took a couple pics and thought I'd share. This is my first time ever successfully pollinating and collecting seeds from CPs, other than some capensis and binatas, so can't wait to see how they turn out this Fall! Anyways, here's the first 3 pods' worth of seeds (still waiting on two more):

Thanks, whimgrinder! Yeah, it definitely is a beauty, I was really happy to find mine at the plant show before someone else did :D The peristome's already looking nice and I'm starting to see some miniscule hairs on the lids of the little pitchers!

Beautiful sarracenia! The flava bronze and Damons Red Mystery stand out to me. Also like the Purp/leuco hybrid.

  • #31
I agree - lovely Sarrs. I especially like the S. flava 'Bronze' as well.

  • #32
Thanks guys! That flava Bronze is really a beauty, I agree :D And I really wish I knew the parentage of Damon's Red Mystery, it's such a unique-looking Sarr.
