Dragonfly and ladybug

Cool! That dragonfly looks like a Striped Meadowhawk (Sympterum pallipes).

Meadowhawk dragonflies are one of the few that are active more into the late summer and fall when all other species are migrating or inactive.
 
I have been seeing lots of dragon flies lately, also bald face hornets, fun to watch them catching flies in mid air
