Some one on ebay selling S.Oreophila.I sent them a message that it was illegal to sell it.It's for sale to any state,not just the one they are in.

It's actually legal to sell S.oreophila within state lines. So, as long as the seller abides by that, the sale is legal.

Report to the authority that enforces the ESA. Odds are they won't do anything, but that is the legally sound route, that is most likely to yield results.

If they have proper paperwork they can sell to any state.

No I just ran across it on ebay.They didn't mesage me back saying they had papaer work,they just revised the item.
