Carnivorous Plant Seeds

I was thinking about ordering some CP seeds from Rarexoticseeds from Canada, and was wondering if a permit is needed? and if anyone has had any dealings with them before. How good they are etc.

Regards

i think i heard their seeds are really old and has 10 percent germination rate....

Thanks for the info. I emailed them twice asking how fresh the seeds were and when they where harvested over a week ago and received no reply. won't be doing any biz with Rarexoticseeds. Thanks again.

Regards

Any seeds coming from outside the US require either a phytosanitary certificate or Small Seed Lots Permit. If the number or weight of seed exceeds a certain amount both phytosanitary certificates and an import permit (PPQ 597) are required. See the various threads on importing plants and seeds.
