    Every once in awhile they will cancel an auction you put up, and won't say why. You could call to ask why, and they will tell you it is their policy not to necessarily say why. They may also refund someone why bought an auction or yours and charge it back to you. Again, without necessarily tellling you why. Infrequent, but confusing. If you have an issue with a bidder, and call to ask about it, they will say do you wish to open a grievance? Probably at that point, you would just want someone to nudge them to do whatever they are not doing, not to get in their face about it. At one point they sent me some new terms of service or somesuch, and there was a link that said something like 'for more information, or maybe more like if you do not agree with these terms see this' and when you clicked on it, it was a link to unsubscribe/close out your account. Subtle.
