Current conditions with the door half open. It's a step up from before the tent by 10% avg humidity. Looking forward to more fans and humidifier so I can get this thing nearly automatic.

You have to start a new thread Randy! You are no longer exploiting your windowsill :)

That all looks great. How are you planning on exhausting the heat from those T5s? I'm not too familiar with grow tents.

Right now I have 2 additional fans and a humidifier being delivered soon. The humidifier will automatically attempt to keep it at a preset % setting. I think it's going to be a fine balance of fan timing and keeping the right ports on the tent open all the times. Right now I have 2 fans and my door open in the center. I've kept temps at 85 high and been fluctuating between 50 and 60 percent humidity. When the tent gets to 85 I squirt 6 sprays of my bottle and it will increase hum to 60% and slowly drop back to 50 over the course of about 10 minutes, during that time it gets 2.5 to 3.5 degrees cooler. So I'm pretty confident that once I have all my hardware dialed in, this thing should nearly run by itself. That is until summer haha, I'll be freezing old distilled water jugs for sure. Who knows though, at the rate I'm going now I may have a full LED setup by summer lmao. I went from 1 Nepenthes and a couple sundews to a semi stocked grow tent in 2 months.

'Not to worry. By the fourth year of growing you will find your collection size slows to an increase of only about 25% a year. Or that has been my experience.

Update: I got 3 N. Poi Dogs today for 5$ each. Not sure what they are obviously, although I do have some guesses on possible parents. Tommorrow I'll be getting a pond fogger delivered that should hold me over until my nice humidifier comes on the 1st. I'll be getting more fans as well, so the tent should have good, more stable, conditions starting tomorrow. I'll be getting 3 new Drosera in tomorrow as well, D. spatulata, D. falconeri, and D. capensis Red Leaf. 2 new Nepenthes coming too. Without further ado some pics of the new plants and the tent.

New plant in middle.

I'm pretty happy with this one in particular. It is going strong on the bottom and one of the vines, I also noticed a small new growth on the other vine. So once those vine leaves die, and I cut them off, there will be one big plant in the middle and 2 little palm tree looking sprouts on the vines.

Update: I picked up 3 new Drosera, D. capensis red, D. spatulata, and D. falconeri. I also got a fogger and a couple more fans today. I only set up the fogger today because I don't really need the other fans for about another week, not until my actual humidifier comes in. Tomorrow will be my first big attempt at auto regulation of my conditions. The lights will start up at 7 am and go until 10pm, 15 hours. The fogger will start at 7 am and run for 30 minutes on and one hour off, repeated, until 10pm. The 2 fans will start at 7:30 am and run 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off. I should be up checking the garden by 8:30 or so, hoping to find it operating smoothly by itself. Here is a little video update of the tent right now.

Having some success today, I seem to have my tent balanced right now. I have the lights, 2 fans on high, 1 fan on low, and the fogger all on. For the last 2 to 2.5 hours it has been like this and temperatures have 87.9 to 88.1 back and forth. Humidity has been between 70 and 75%, but is mostly 72-74. Pretty happy with my results so far, I'm hoping it continues to work well.
