Tent update:

I've essentially come to completion on my tent now. I have a good deal of space for more plants now in there and humidity and cooling are taken care of. I'm happy to have come to the point where as long as I water before I go, I could leave the house for 3-4 days without ever touching the tent and have it be good to go.

The whole setup.

Bottom shelf, fan tucked under the left tray. Humidifier set to 65% keeps the bottom around 60-65 and the top of the tent around 70-75. Night time it goes up to 90-95%.

Drosera Tray, the big D. capensis Alba is starting to flower.

New fan, on thermostat set to 85. When temps get to about 87.5 this guy kicks on and takes the tent down to about 83 in about 4 minutes.

Thanks man, glad to have it all done. Next project on the list is a little grow rack just for Cephalotus. As cool as it would be to have everything in the tent, I think they would be happier with different conditions.

Update:
I've nearly completed my 2nd grow rack for Cephalotus, Drosera, and Nepenthes that can tolerate lower humidity. I've got a 36 inch LED for the Cephalotus up top 6500k, 5700 Lumens. A 4 ft t5 on the lower portion as well. I'm just waiting on one more shelf for it to be up and running on the lower portion.

I would get that cutting out of that cup of water and pot it up in moist lfs. While it is possible to root Nepenthes in just water, you'll have much better results using a bit of rooting hormone and potting the plant in moist lfs.

Thanks a lot you guys, I'm happy with it's progress so far.

Alright I'll do that, I was just using this method because the seller sent me a video of him doing it after I told him the plant was broken. I figured if I was gonna be unsuccessful and have to ask him for another plant, I should do it his way. I don't see any reason for it not to root though, so I will go with your method.

I'll second what Johnny said about putting it in LFS vs water. I have much better luck with that.

Good suggestion guys, I've got it in LFS now.

Looking good! It wont be soon before it's a regular jungle in there and you are considering another tent or a green house. :D

Thank you very much, I actually am all set to grow in a greenhouse this summer. I got a semi job living at my buddy's property and doing stuff around there, he said I could put up a greenhouse. So I'm working on my propagation skill and growing my collection in preparation for an awesome grow season.

I love grow racks. Yours looks great and your plants look awesome. Care to provide a link to the tubes you are using for the leaf cuttings?
