Artificial dormancy- how long?

I moved into an apartment that gets only 1 hour of filtered sunlight a day on the patio. Probably 3-4 when the time change happens. Due to this I started using a 300W LED grow light in my mini greenhouse as artificial lighting. The plants are outside and went dormant in October. I just started using the grow light at 10 hours a day and am bringing them out of dormancy. My question is what is the minimum amount of dormancy that vfts, sarrs, temp sundews need in order to stay healthy? Also, for a dormancy should I just decrease the amount of time the grow light is on for a certain period of time in the year? The plants will be outside and are exposed to normal temperature fluctuations from season to season.

Run the lights the same time the Sun rises and sets.

Shouldn't they be dormant for another month or two?

Valentine's day is usually when a lot of people start waking things up. INSIDE.
