Are these Chanterelles?

I found these by a trail in the woods near a small river. I think they are Chanterelles. They definitely don't match false Chanterelles or jack o lanterns.
Can anyone confirm so I can go cook them up? Thanks for the help.

Honestly, they look like it from your pics. Any fuzz in the top of the caps?
 
They look like chanterelles to me. They should have that almost-citrusy chanterelle smell too.

I third the statement that these are chanterelles
