Bleaching pots

Does anyone reuse plastic pots and sterilize them with a dilute bleach solution. If so,, how much do you use? Maybe 10%?
Or do you just throw the pots away?

I reuse pots but I have never done anything to clean them other than a quick wash with clean water. 10-20% bleach would probably be okay but I'd rinse with clear a few times and then let the pot air out at least a day or two

Some guy at a garden center gave me a bunch of pots he was tossing out. (apparently the plants had died from the prior season) He had suggested a 10% dilution...but then again, you can't always trust 'em.

Should be fine though. I agree with Pyro with the extra rinse, just in case.

Actually, after doing the bleaching, I was going to soak in pure water for a couple of days before airing out. Thanks for mentioning that part for me.
