Fungus question

vft guy in SJ

VFT and Drosera lover
Hey guys...  I have a pot of Drosera seedlings that I planted a couple weeks ago that has a dusty looking fungus growing in it. This looks like sheetrock or chalk dust in a thin layer covering the surface of the soil. The seedlings are green, and at this time do not seem to be too ill affected by this, but its gradually getting worse and I am beginning to worry. If I spray a fungicide on it will it also kill my seedlings?  These are just fresh sprouts, barely visible to the naked eye, so as you can imagine I am very aprehensive about spraying chemicals all over them. Here is a picture of the pot, I hope you can see what I'm talking about.  Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated
