Micropropigation from seed help

Ok, I got my pressure cooker, I know how to do micropropagation from plant leaves, no I need to find out how to do it with CP seeds.

Do I starelize the seed and just throw it on a petri dish and watch it grow?

Do anyone have advice, etc?

Sterilising is very hard. You might want to stratify first. Here is the protocol I will be using:

Rinse in sterile R/O water (you gotta pressure cook it), room temperature.
Rinse in 10% bleach
Rinse in sterile R/O water, room temperature
Soak in 10% bleach for 5 minutes
Soak in 70% alchohol for 2-5 minutes
Rinse in 5% bleach, Some prefer not to wash the bleach residue off, as it helps keep dampoff away, etc

There is a gradual PPM breakdown once you use the medium. Though the rate is
variable and depends on the number of ex-plants per given volume of medium.
Therefore there is a chance that after long period of culture infiltrated
microbial spores will manage to germinate. However this is more likely to
happen in solid medium.

What does R/O mean?
