Colorado winter

hey guys I need help with the upcoming (sooner than you think) dormancy I'll be in colorado this winter, and I'll begrowing mostly plants from the southeast (sarrs, vfts, utrics, ect...) anyway should i leave my plants in the greenhouse for dormancy or is it too cold for them and do they need to go in a fridge? Thanks guys your always such good help

How cold does colarado get in winter?

Pretty cold. I think if you can use some kind of heater to keep it from getting below 40, you would do good.
