General question-feeding

When you feed your carnivorous plants, is it ok to use mineral and vitamin enriched insects? (i.e. added calcium, etc. These are found at petstores)
 
I didn't know you could get vitamin enriched insects! Are they naturally like that? Try and see; they should be fine.
 
I usually rewet dried insects before using for better results.
 
Wow, it seems like since minerals are bad in the soil, they would also be bad in the food... hmph o_O
