Well, we seem to be on a roll, adding one species at a time back into the web of life. Wouldn't it be great if that trend continued? This story was just reported on NPR today.

I love Eriogonums... By far my favorite is a local endemic species, Eriogonum crocatum, the only with yellow flowers!:
