Well according to mapquest I'll be driving over both bridges quite a few times. I'm going to skip Alcatraz. Seeing a prison is not the top of my list, maybe next time. I thnk I'm going to run out of time. Oh well. This gives me an excuse to visit again

Well if you're driving through SF and going up to Seattle, will you be going through Humboldt County? It's just south of Oregon (still in California) and you can check out the Darlingtonia bog and some stuff near Fort Bragg.
