Finding peat

Where is the best place to buy larger amounts of peat to create a bog garden? So far I've only bought bags of peat from Lowe's, but that's no way to get enough peat for a bog at a reasonable cost. Do most landscape supply businesses sell peat (I'm in Georgia) that would be okay to use in a bog?

Thanks in advance!

At the Lowes here in Southern California the sell bales of the Premier brand of Canadian peat moss. That's what Ozzy used in his bog in this thread:

I don't remember the cost or weight/volume of the bales. Probably around $10 for 2 cubic feet.

I'm sure it's the same, but at Home Depot they have the big bags / bales at 3.5 cm.

The Home Depots here in South Florida are increasingly containing less peat. I can no longer find the big bales there anymore. I now go to an agricultural supply place. Check out http://www.prosourceone.com/. I called them and they gave me the name and contact info of my local source. They might be able to do the same for you.
