Fungus attack.

Hey guys, I ended up putting my Neps that were in my terrarium in their own individual pots that sits on two layers. The first layer is about 4" of expanded clay and the second is a very thick bed of LFS moss. I got some live stuff and put that on top, hoping to grow it so as to improve the aesthetics of the terrarium. However, the other day I discovered I had literary countless of little white specks throughout the substrate. I know their not eggs or bugs or anything like that, thus I believe it to be a type of fungus. Re-moving the plant, or throwing away the substrate is not an option at the moment. What do you guys suggest I do? Is there any natural types of bacteria or other fungus that will consume this fungus, or what?
