A general formula:
Let C1 be the concentration of water A
Let C2 be the concentration of water B
Let V1 be the volume of water A
Let V2 be the volume of water B
C3=(C1*V1+C2*V2)/(V1+V2)
Where C2 is the new water concentration.
So for equal parts water, the C3 in your case will be 50.5...so just determine the final concentration you desire and you can solve the equation I supplied to find the ratio of volumes you need.
