Thanks everyone! I should be getting my Lowland pics up probably tomorrow.

Belli x truncata is very attractive, as is that cute little sphere of glabrata :)

I really like how there are random grasses and ferns all up in your plants. It makes it look really natural and awesome. I'm going to try something like that when I have the space.

  • #13
It looks nice at first but then it just takes over. Every now and again I pull some of the grass out.

These terrariums are gorgeous! I especially love the terrarium with the N. ampullaria. That things getting pretty big :). How do you cool your highland tank?

Everything looks great, especially your army of bellii pitchers! :D

Thanks! For cooling, I actually heat it up during the day. I have heat cable running underneath all the pots. I get it up to about 80 during the day, then when the lights turn off it drops down to 70. I have the tank in my basement and its naturally cold down there.

Looks awesome! What are you using for lighting?
All my lowland tanks are running those silver dome fixtures from home depot. All fitted with 26watt 6500K CFL.

How many fixtures do you use per tank?
