It's either cultivar Euphorbia millii "Crown of Thorns" (hope I spelled that right!) or possibly one of the intergeneric hybrids formed between E. millii and another species. I could tell more from a stem photo, but I lean to the latter due to the size of the leaves. I have a similar red flowered form, and it is everblooming, never stops unless you outright try to kill it. It's a beautiful plant, enjoy! It will make additional stems from the base over time. I keep this one evenly moist vs the other Euphorbia I cultivate and in as much sun as possible.
