What is this Succulent thingie?

Any ideas what the plant is in this picture. Ok let me specify, the plant in between the hanging donkey's tail and the pots of cactus...Kinda tall with wide flat leaves? Any hints? Lemme try posting the pic. It is kinda tall and leggy and I wanted to know what it was before I started lopping the top off to restart the plant or do anything drastic.

Poor thing... it's so etiolated. It is possibly an Echeveria sp. I'm going out on a limb and say that it's possibly E. glauca. I have found that individuals in this genus are difficult to ID, though. Your's will be even harder to tag because of its current state.

Yeah, it is pretty pathetic huh? I am a total sucker for the discount rack plants of the dead, dying or unidentified and while this guy isn't exactly on its last legs it sure must have looked alot better in its prime. Thanks for the suggestion as to at least where to start, I am not overly well acquainted with cacti/succulent genus or species to have even made an initial guess.
