Definitely a N. lowii or N. ephippiata hybrid. My first guess was N. lowii x campanulata, but it's hard to tell for sure what the second parent(s) is/are.
Both the pitcher and leaf shaped immediately say lowii x campanulata; the traits from the latter tend to be pretty distinct. Definitely a good deal if you got if for $15
