My Sarracenia is dormant, flower or helpful part for dormancy?

I have my sarracenia and it is dormant and is just a rhizome but it has this part and I don't know if it is a flower or some other kind of part that retains nutrients or something to help it survive winter. I am pretty sure that it is a flower because I have seen it before. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1APq...w?usp=drivesdk

It seems like we can't see your photos. You need to make them public or host them onto a photo sharing site like flickr. Until then, flowers should look pretty distinctive. It'll look like a ball on top of an elongating stalk.

Yeah, that is a flower stalk. Seems like it's grown a bit while you had it stored, which is why it's so pale.
