Drosera in North Florida

Saw these growing at a pond in Oscela National Forest what type of Drosera are these?

Most likely, capillaris, but the leaf shape is hard to make out in the mass.
 
How did you tell Drosera capillaris from D. rotundifolia--is it pure locality information?
 
D. rotundifolia does not occur in Florida(not by any official records at least), and it honestly looks nothing like capillaris; far broader lamina, narrower petioles, often hairier, etc.
