N. X hookeriana ?

It could be N. rafflesiana x (N. hookeriana). It is not pure raff., based on the peristome shape.

could be.. although I think odds are more likely it is N. xhookeriana. N. rafflesiana seems to be more dominant in this hybrid and sometimes it is hard to tell there's N. ampullaria in it. There are some things not pure N. rafflesianaish .. the peristome as Trent mentions. The lid is a bit narrow and the speckling is more like N. ampullaria.

I would say it's correctly labelled at this point.

Thanks for the diagnosis. I'll add them to my notes.
