Both are (and pay attention to the spelling!) -rugellii- with different throat patches.

Not to correct anyone, but the ICPS spells it rugelii as in this article (1 L, 2 I's). Schnell spells it this way also.

Graned, I've seen it with just about every possible spelling by otherwise reliable sources, so clearly there's some confusion.
 
There seems to be two types of rugelii - the vertical slash of color and the solid red covering the whole neck. With both though note there is no satellite veination.
 
Actually think there are three. The vertical slash, the horizontal slash (rare), and the cross.
 
Tre, there is also a diamond throat form. Bagdad Bog has a few.
