Do you only buy them in singles?

Have you posted in the wanted section of mantid forum?
 
I have 6 of these, all appear to be females. Other people that have this also only have females, something is up, conspiracy! I always buy at least 3 of each species to better my chances of having a breeding stock.
 
IIRC there are only a few truly parthenogenic mantid species.

I'm curious if warmer incubation and rearing temps causes a higher incidence of males and cooler temps generates females?
