DragonsEye

carnivorous plants of the world -- unite!
She died this past week.

Got her as a juvenile/sub-adult around 16-18 yrs ago. Guessing she was about 20yrs old or so. Typical of her species she had a very placid demeanor which made her great for allowing those who wanted to experience holding a T for the first time.

Ah, well, we had a good run she and I.

I'm so sorry. It's hard to lose any living creature; dog, horse, plant or T after so many years. She was pretty.

You did right by her Paul, that's a good life for a spider.

So sorry for your loss!

That's a nice, long run. Obviously you know exactly what you are doing.

What species was she? The purple carapace is beautiful but I can't place it.
