Hey everyone. My name is Shaun I am from Minnesota and I just started a carnivorous plant terrarium. I currently have 2 flytraps, 3 sundews, and a Napenthes ramispina but I plan on getting more and expanding in the future.
Here is your first piece of advice, and you might not like it!
the next step in your CP hobby should be:
1. Take those flytraps right back out of the Terrarium.
(and maybe the sundews too, depending on what species they are)
VFT's do very poorly in terrariums..its not a good environment for them at all..
they will do MUCH better if you pot them up into individual pots, and get them right outside into full sunlight,
as soon as its warm enough..
doing that will make your VFT's much happier, and probably make you much happier with them..
