It might be dead. Stop by Meadowview if you can, we have plenty of large, healthy filiformis. Mine is still producing plenty of leaves, so they're still growing normally in our area. It may come back from the roots, but that means more than one filiformis if you get a replacement. Plus, we sell them for a very cheap amount.

I would if it was closer but it's an hour and a half away, not to mention traffic
they have it on their site but the shipping is ten dollars whether you live 70 miles away or 2,800
