    Growlights for a 10-gallon terrarium?

Greetings. I purchased a 10-gallon terrarium to have a Cephalotus, Drosera prolifera, and a Pinguicula 'Pirouette'. The terrarium is 12 inches long and 6 inches wide. What would be the best option for growlights for this? I'm having difficulty finding bulbs for this

Pros and cons of using transparent pots?

Greetings. I'm currently working on a small terrarium with a few plants (Cephalotus, Drosera, and a Mexican Pinguicula). However, I've been having difficulty finding the exact pots I need. I need something somewhat tall for the long root system of the Cephalotus, but I can't find the exact pots...

Best small plants for a low-light terrarium?

I've grown it before (I tried outdoors here in Florida when it died) but I found it extremely beautiful. Not to mention it would be rare in a collection compared to a capensis or something.

Is there a carnivorous plant that you obsess over finding in habitat?

Some of us (myself included) love to go out into the wetlands and see carnivorous plants in their natural habitat. Some are found everywhere (Drosera capillaris) but others are quite rare. Is there a rare one that you look for? Personally, I've been going nature hiking for 15 years and I'm...

    Mosser Lee River Gravel/Pearl Stone

I have a Cephalotus planted successfully in peat/sand mixture and has been thriving the past year. I want to add a decorative soil cover of some sort of stone. My local hardware stores sell Mosser-Lee River Gravel and Pearl Stone. Would these work, or are they too alkaline (limestone)? I've...
