ipomoea seeds eaten by some worm/larvae

A couple days ago I germinated 7 morning glory seeds (Ipomoea tricolor) in water and went and sowed them in a pot. A few days passed and I was confused why only 3 had come up. I searched around for the other seeds today and when I found them, the opening and interior of the seed was infested with a tiny white, almost see-through, larvae/worm. They were eating the morning glory sprouts. What are these things? Should I be worried about the 3 healthy sprouts?

They share a resemblance to fungus gnat larvae, though I've never seen gnat larvae this aggressive.
