Datura cuttings help.

Aklys
Hi. I have been spotting many devil's trumpet plants (Datura wrightii) plants around my house and some pretty big ones at my workplace.

I am interested in taking some cuttings and rooting them so I can grow them in some big pots I have lying around in my garage. Does anyone know how to go about and take cuttings and then go on to rooting them?

I have read that cuttings should be taken similarly to Brugmansia. Is this true? Any help is appreciated!

Thanks.

I've only rooted Brugmansia, but maybe it's similar. They rooted very readily in water and soil. Not difficult at all. I didn't do anything special.

Thanks. I'm going to try and give it a go. ...let's see what happens.
