Hello everyone!

This is my first aroid, and I am on an info hunt. I would like to know the light requirements for this plant. Another question is soil requirements (fertilizer?), and also, what is the typical growth cycle of these plants? I have heard contradicting stories about that...

Hey Cole,
Oh, I love this plant! Incredibly easy to grow. Give it lots of light, if the leaves start turning yellow, then give it less. Give it lots of fertilizer and keep the medium moist, but also well drained. It will produce a bunch of offsets and soon you will have a huge colony of them.

Yeah, I'd watch out. I started with two, and by the end had 12 bulbs! One of them was the size of a small potato!
