Disa in a Sarracenia lagoon

This saves a lot of photo editing.

All of this years Disa in flower at the moment.

Looking great Fred. Disa is a genus I have yet to delve into. Might have to try one soon.

I might not have the right day length to induce flowering. Mine forms a stem but fails to flower. Can grow them from seeds.

Spectacular! Your video put Disa on my wishlist!

How cold hardy are they? Conversely, are they heat tolerant?

They're best kept frost free. I have mine in sun in the greenhouse but as Whimgrinder says it's the namby pamby UK sun. You may need to have a little shading in the US.
