Mystery terrestrial orchid?

I have received an orchid division labeled as a "hardy Chinese ground orchid" (Bletilla), which I can tell from the foliage it's not. Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures of the blooms. It was given to me as a gift from a friend who grows it on an east-facing windowsill, with the directions "just grow it like a houseplant" (I know, really descriptive). Other than that, I have no idea what it is or how to take care of it, let alone how to get it to flower. Any help with the ID or cultivation would be greatly appreciated!

I wonder if you've been given Sprekelia formosissima, which people often confuse with an Orchid. It could also be a Clivia.
