Heli soil?

Hello.
Well, it's weird that my heli, formed roots from plain leaves, not growing points after I accidently broke them. Anyway, I grow heli in a pure live sphagnum moss and I want to know if it's okay, since they are not as acidic as peat moss.
Thanks.

I grow my helis in a mix of dried lfs and pumice.

Mine are in pure LFS unless the pot diameter is 6"+, in which case I add some orchid bark mix to prevent compaction.

Oh, thanks. So heli doesn't need acidic soil

What would you say the pH of peat moss is?
