white Mites

lately I've noticed quite a bit of these little white mites that come out of my pitcher plants whenever they're disturbed, and I was wondering if they're ok to have or not?

Are you sure the white bugs are mites? Sarracenia do have a harmless mite on them that climbs to the top of pitchers then hitches a ride on passing flies, totally harmless to plants. Are they doing any damage to the plants? if so they could possibly be Thrips or whitefly. If they are not doing any damage try holding a pencil close to them, if some of the bugs jump on then you know they are the harmless mite. They are known to be more obvious at this time of the year.
