Sowing seeds

What is an appropriate size pot to sow 35 or so Sarracenia seeds in? What about 100 seeds?

They only need a small amount of space between each seed, roughly half an inch to and inch will be enough. the seedlings will only grow to an inch or two tall in their first year so a small seed tray will easily fit a hundred seeds.

yeah, and whenever they get to big for their container you just transplant them into their own, or you can have multiple plants per pot.

I would agree that it is fine to crowd them just for germination. The young plants seem to benefit from transplanting a couple times their first year anyway. Which species are you growing? I have had a hybrid produce 8 inch tall pitchers at 8 months old, but some will be MUCH slower.
