Transplanting my Ceph

Hi All,
I have had my Ceph I bought from Sarracenia Northwest about 2 years ago and it is getting too big for it's 2" round pot. What should I do to transplant it into a bigger pot and how big of one should I use? I know the really don't like thier roots disturbed so I am trying to get the kahunas to do it but don't want to mess it up.

Just be delicate :)

One way to absolutely minimize disturbance is mix up the same media it's planted in now and put it in another pot. Take the pot it's in now or another of the same size and plant it in the larger pot. Then you can cut away the old pot and plop the whole thing in the hole that's in the new pot.

Yup, transplant the whold think w/o disturbing the roots into a bigger (6" ?) pot. I'd leave it slightly higher , kinda mounded, as it sits in the middle.
