They were fun to watch. One flew away and the other's been there for hours. ???

Very nice pic. My HCW Leucos are only catching a certain kind of fly this time of year. They look almost like horseflies -- maybe they are!
 
My Sarrs are catching 99% CRANE FLIES. :crazy:
 
Does it talk like Jerry Seinfeld and go by the name of 'Barry'?

It's the end of the season so they'll be dying off in a few weeks anyway.
 
I've caught a couple bees, I get many many more wasps though.
 
I see many wasps, yellow jackets, and flies exploring the pitchers but never have seen any fall in. And yet, when I look inside, I see the insects that were victims.
