new grab on my rescent trip.
i dont have the best luck transplanting purpurea varieties, if i can keep it going for a couple months it should do well for me.Hope Hope Hope:blush:

As a side note, do you mean it's a S. rosea? there isn't a S. purpurea ssp. rosea ;)
 
If I am not mistaken, S. rosea used to be called Sarracenia purpurea ssp. venosa var. burkii. That may be where the confusion comes from.

Anyways, the veining is amazing! Good luck with them
 
i like the seedling and red spagnum more then the plant!

Ah, but some us think rosea is a load of cobblers and happily stick to ssp. venosa var. burkii.

S. purpurea ssp. rosea I would have no problem with however.

Whole new species based on the flower colour and stem height? Come on ;-)
