It does. The top 3 places from each contest make it to the Hall Of Fame. ;)
 
Oh...duh! Anyways, wish I could enter, but firstly non of my cephs would be anywhere near close to winning...yet, and secondly, I don't meet the 7th requirement.

Can't wait to see other people's cephs, though! Hint, hint, hint...to all you ceph kings and queens ;)
