Very nice. Any idea on what caused that to happen? Do you think it's permanent?

should pull the pitcher and see if you get albino offspring

Usually caused due to lack of light when developing, though a little difficult to see how that's the case with this one. An all white plant wouldn't fair to well, what with the lack of chlorophyll

Ive had a few do this as well, seems to only happen to me when they form hidden from other pitchers.
