Very nice. Any idea on what caused that to happen? Do you think it's permanent?
 
should pull the pitcher and see if you get albino offspring :-D
 
Usually caused due to lack of light when developing, though a little difficult to see how that's the case with this one. An all white plant wouldn't fair to well, what with the lack of chlorophyll ;)

Ive had a few do this as well, seems to only happen to me when they form hidden from other pitchers.
