Unless you live in the native range of Sarracenia, it's not likely you'll get visits from the bumblebees that are suited for pollinating Sarracenia flowers (and even then one flower probably won't attract them much), so unless you manually pollinate it seed set will be low at best. You'll know you have seeds when the flower matures, browns, and cracks open to show seeds.
