Peat in Pitchers

Ya, I got some Darlingtonia and there is peat in the pitchers. HOW DO I GET IT OUT?!?!?
HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

Thanks,
Kevin

I wouldn't worry about it too much unless we are talking about a huge amount. If that is the case I'd guess you could submerge the plant and then sort of invert the pitches and let the peat/water slurry drain out.

Don't worry, I have gotten Spahgnum,Peat and other unwanted's into Saracenia pitcher's and even Nepenthes pitcher's and I think it isn't even able to be broken down by the plant so it just stays there, but yea like Pyro said if there is alot of it try submerging it or do what I would do, clip it if it is an old or damaged or dying pitcher.

I tried it, it didn't work.
